  • The Wine Cellar required a distinctive identity that reflected its intimate character and expertise while remaining clearly connected to the wider Fallon & Byrne brand. The challenge was to create a sense of warmth and individuality without fragmenting the overall brand system.

  • A refined identity was developed as part of the wider Fallon & Byrne brand architecture, drawing on the Wine Cellar’s red-brick interior and extensive wine offering. A rich colour palette, considered typography and atmospheric imagery were used to create a sense of warmth, intimacy and quiet confidence. The system was applied across menus, wayfinding and promotional materials to deliver a cohesive and memorable experience that felt distinct yet connected.
