Southgate needed to unify its internal divisions under a single brand identity to support expansion across Ireland, the UK and Europe. The existing brand lacked clarity, making it difficult to communicate the breadth of its services and ambition for growth.

A clear service framework and refreshed brand identity were developed around the idea of end-to-end logistics solutions. This positioning informed a cohesive visual system and digital presence, with a modern website and art-directed photography designed to communicate Southgate’s offer with confidence and clarity. The resulting identity provided a strong platform to support international expansion.
